New Hampshire Blockchain Council

A 501(c)(6) organization.

How we govern ourselves

Governance

NHBC is a member-led 501(c)(6) trade association. Members elect the board, set policy through bylaw votes, and weigh in on proposals the council brings forward.

Board of directors

An elected board of directors sets strategy and ratifies policy. The full roster, terms, and roles are on the team page.

Member voting

Members vote on bylaw changes, board elections, and council-referred proposals. Quorum and threshold requirements follow the bylaws and are enforced in code.

On-chain transparency

Membership is represented by Unlock Protocol keys on Base. Governance state changes are recorded in a hash-chained audit log so the record is verifiable end-to-end.
